If You Have Teenagers You Need A Reasonable Lawyer.

If you are a parent of a teenager who is a conscientious student and a joy to have around the house, consider yourself lucky. You may be the exception and you might not need a reasonable lawyer to advise you on issues with your offspring. If however, you are not so fortunate and have the more typical teenager who sometimes creates circumstances that can place a family in a precarious situation, I have an answer. If any of the following issues have entered your life, you may need a reasonable lawyer.
Suspension or worse from school.
Arrested at school.
Bullying at school or being bullied.
Fighting at school.
Dropping out of school.
Driving accidents and citations.
Drug and alchohol related behavior.
Destruction of property complaints.
Other criminal activity.(stealing,assault,gangs,etc.)
Sexual issues including dating and pregnancy.
Disrupting household.
Runaways.
Tattoos,piercings.
Work issues.

Wow. What a list. So far, outside of the driving accidents and a suspension or two I have survived (knock on wood). However, some of you may be less fortunate. Stuff happens. Whether parents are to blame or not the parent needs advice at times to help sort through difficult situations. Don’t go it alone. Get a reasonable lawyer and find out all the issues and laws regarding your individual problem. You can have an attorny or entire law firm basically on retainer, knowledgeable on all areas of law and for very affordable fees. I’ve had this service for eight years and wouldn’t be without it. Don’t let your teenagers totally stress you out. Get a reasonable lawyer and feel more in control when adversity strikes.

Wills, Medical Directives, Financial POA’s are Affordable With a Reasonable Lawyer

Baby Boomers are taking care of their aging parents and are preparing for the time when their parents are gone. Or are they? This question needs to be answered for the millions of boomers who face the inevitable and need to know if all necessary preparation as been completed. This is a very sensitive and sometimes complex issue to discuss but absolutely necessary. If all the necessary documents are not in place before the need for difficult decisions occur, stress, confusion and costly errors are at stake. Cost should not delay this process especially when a reasonable lawyer can put you at ease. Medical directives are essential so loved ones are not guessing what choices their parents would make if they were able to. This resolves a burden no child no matter what age should have to undertake. A will or trust is absolutely essential so assets are protected and stay with the family and not given away to the government due to poor or no prior planning. This is all common sense but many people ignore this necessary planning because noone wants to think about our parents leaving us. A Power of Attorney for when a parent can no longer make decisions for their finances is another necessary document. This puts all decisions of a financial nature into the hands of who your parent trusts and feels comfortable handling their affairs, when they may become incapacitated. All of these forms should be part of planning for retirement and beyond. People are living longer and longer but this should never be a reason to put off this planning. Wills and trusts are needed as soon as one accumulates assets and has a family they always want to take care of. Other documents are needed as we move towards middle age and beyond, however the earlier the better. Accidents happen and difficult decisions may be necessary long before one reaches old age. Consult a reasonable lawyer who can give you advice affordable for everyone. Prepare these documents with a competent reasonable lawyer and rest at ease when you know you are prepared for your family or your parents future.
